Welfare Officer and Club Mark Officer
The role of Welfare Officer is to promote good practice in safeguarding and protecting children in the club. This involves working with the coaches, committee and club members to create a welcoming and child centred environment. The aim is to encourage and promote a club atmosphere where children and parents’ views are actively sought and acted upon.
The Welfare Officers are the first point of contact for all club child safeguarding issues, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.
